About ResaleFees

ResaleFees started with a simple annoyance: every marketplace shows you the price a buyer pays, and none of them makes it easy to see what you'll actually keep. Fees stack up in different ways on each site. eBay charges on the whole order including tax, Poshmark switches from a flat fee to a percentage at $15, Etsy adds a listing fee, a transaction fee and a processing fee, and some platforms now charge the buyer instead of you.

So each calculator here does one job: you type in a price and see your payout, every fee line by line, and your profit after what you paid for the item and the postage. Or flip it around and type in what you want to end up with, and it tells you what to list the item at.

Who runs it

Ubaid Ur Rehman, a senior developer and website designer. Ubaid designed and built the calculators and the fee data behind them, and reviews every fee change the daily check flags before it goes live. The goal is simple: no guessing, and every number traceable to the platform's own fee page.

How the site makes money

The calculators are free and always will be. The site may show ads, and some pages may link to tools for sellers. If we earn a commission from a link, the page says so. That never changes the fee numbers, which come only from the platforms' own pages. See how we check fees.
